TAMARA L. RUDOW, ESQ.
Ms. Rudow specializes in real estate, estate planning, employment law, municipal court and civil rights litigation. She has represented public and private employers, corporations, non-profit organizations, and individuals in all phases of litigation in state and federal administrative agencies and courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Rudow counsels employers and employees in employment-related matters. Her practice also includes real estate and zoning matters, municipal matters, and matters of general liability.
Prior to joining Steinberg & Rudow, Ms. Rudow served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Law for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. In that capacity, she represented numerous state agencies including, the New Jersey Division of State Police, the Department of Corrections and the State Parole Board in various employment actions, as well as, complex Constitutional matters. As a Deputy Attorney General, Ms. Rudow argued numerous appeals in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and was invited to serve on a Domestic Homeland Security Taskforce for the Division of Law. In addition, Ms. Rudow has expertise in the area of New Jersey election law. Following law school, Ms. Rudow clerked for the Hon. Lee B. Laskin, J.S.C. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Family Part.
Ms. Rudow is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as, the United States Supreme Court.
